Creating original sounds with a Mic
The Apple Mic has a special extended tip to provide preamping of sound by the
computer.
In the Control Strip, select sound source for Mic (Sound In).
The audio level for Mic should show activity with sound.
Click "Record", make sounds, click"Stop". An Audio Clip
will pop up showing the sound captured in wave form. .
The sound file above was made bydrumming fingers on the mic to
create a pitter-patter noise.
If you like it, name it and save it. Otherwise, try again. NOTE: A sound
file can be easily cut up in the Construction Window to use just a small portion.
